The applicant represented the case against Order No. 700 dated 13.01.2010 passed by the Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum, DGVCL,Surat, in their case No. 78/2009. The case was submitted at this office on 19.07.2010 and it was registered as Case No. 35/2010 with permission of time condone.
